Rules

The following are rules which typically vary in some way or another from tournament to tournament.  If you feel a rule needs to be clarified or added, please let me know and we will do our best to address it.

Unless noted here, reguler slow-pitch rules will apply.

Rosters:
-6 males and 4 females minimum requirement.  10 players will be permitted on the field at any given time.  However, if a team plays with only 3 females in the field, only 9 fielders will be allowed.  Having only 3 females will also result in an out when they are batting.

Batting Order:
-Will be alternating male and female throughout the entire game.  It is your responsibility not to have to males or two males come up consecutively.

Homeruns:
-Still to be decided. It will either be one per game, or one per inning. All homeruns after that will be outs.

Girls Line:
-there will be a "girls line" in the outfield.  This line is placed in the outfield, and no outfielder may cross it, except the rover.  The distance of this line from the infield will be determined shortly.  The purpose of this line is to not limit the ability of females to hit because outfielders come in really shallow.

Walks/Intentional Walks:
-Males who are walked on 4 consecutive balls (with no strikes pitched) are entitled to 2nd base.  The female who follows him is given the choice of batting or going to first base.  Note: A male who is not walked with 4 straight balls only goes to first base!

Runs per Inning:
-5 runs per inning maximum, with the exception of the 7th inning and any extra innings which follow.

Extra Innings:
-starting in the 8th inning, the last out of the previous inning will go to second base.  This will be done for every extra inning.

Umpires decisions:
-there will be no appeals. Umpires decisions are final.
